YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE ALONE

A Day at Disney World

Brianne wasn’t used to sleeping with anyone, so when she half-woke and felt someone wrapped around her, she instantaneously began to pull away. She relaxed when she realized it was Josh snuggled against her backside, his chin resting in her hair, his arms tight around her waist – It was almost as if he was afraid she’d escape him while he slept! And if that wasn’t disturbing enough, his morning erection was hot and hard against her bottom.

“Hey, angel,” he purred against her hair when he noticed she was awake.

“Hey, yourself.”

One large hand lightly rubbed up and down her arm. “You woke with a start. What’s wrong?”

“I forgot where I was for a moment.”

“With me.”

Brianne melted back against him. “Feels like you woke up ready for another go ‘round.”

“Only if you are. I can’t help myself from waking this way when I have a warm, beautiful woman in my arms.”

She turned her head to meet his eyes. She hadn’t known blue eyes could have such a warm glow. Reaching up a hand, she traced his bristly jaw. “I don’t think I could say no to you.”

Josh smiled. “I think I like that idea.” He flexed his hips to rub his hardness along her soft globes. “Ever done it from behind?”

“No.”

“Want to try it?”

“I’m sure it’ll be wonderful, like everything else we’ve done.”

Brianne had been so open and eager for anything he cared to teach her, Josh thought whoever had suppressed all that fantastic natural curiosity and willingness had to have been a complete idiot. She had so much to give a lover. Not that he had any intention of letting any other man know her as a lover. She was his now.

“How do we do it that way?”

“First, we start the regular way.” He turned her in his arms. He kissed her softly. “Good morning, baby girl.”

“Morning, Josh.”

Trailing kisses along her jaw, he whispered, “How’d you sleep last night?”

“Very well, actually. You seem to be a great stress reliever.”

“I’ve been called a lot of things but never that,” he teased. He lifted his eyes to hers. “Do you need that in your life, baby?”

Brianne put her hands on either side of his face. “I have a feeling you need that more than I do,” she said softly.

“Yeah, and you’ve been the perfect medicine for me, Bree.”

“I’m glad. You’re a very special man, Joshua.” When he gave her one of his grateful smiles, she added, “And I don’t think I’m the only one who has been treated badly by another lover. Someone didn’t appreciate all that you are either.”

“But we have each other now.”

For just a short time, she thought to herself. Who will take care of him when I leave?

“Don’t, baby. Don’t think about that.” He seemed to have read her mind.

Brianne pulled his head down for a hungry kiss, sweet and hot. “Show me what I need to do.”

As the times before, he courted her body with hands and mouth until she squirmed and begged for him to enter her. At that point, he piled two pillows together. Urging her to lie face down with the pillows beneath her hips. He knelt between her thighs, adjusting one of her legs so her knee aligned with the pillows. Bending over her, he trailed open-mouth kisses down her back. “Ready, baby?”

“Oh, yes! Please, Josh!”

Josh eased into her wet heat. “Still okay?”

“Mmm-hmm,” she purred.

His movements were slow and easy at first. When she started shoving her little butt back against him, he increased the tempo and reached one hand beneath her to rub her pleasure button.

“Oh, God!” she gasped when she felt him coming at her from both sides. “Josh!…You’re so good…”

When had a lover ever said that to him in the middle of the loving? “Angel, I want it to be good for you – always,” he leaned to whisper in her ear, then he nibbled on her sweet spot.

“Ah!”

He could feel her body tense. “You gonna fly for me, sweet thing?” He increased his thrusts and the movement of his fingers between her thighs. “Come on, angel,” he urged.

“Oh, Josh!”

“You’re almost there, Bree. Reach for it. Take me with you!”

Brianne grabbed the extra pillow and buried her face in it as ecstasy swept through her veins like molten lava. She cried out, the pillow muffling the sound. Her body shook and then she went limp.

Her completion triggered his and he exploded into her. “Bree baby!”

For just a moment, he lay on top of her. When he gathered enough energy, he rolled to her side. He stroked her hair, waiting for her face to emerge from the depths of the pillow. “You okay, baby girl?”

Finally, she lifted her head. There were tears in her eyes.

“Did I hurt you, baby?” Frowning, leaned up on one elbow to wipe at the tears with his fingers.

“No,” she whispered.

“Then why are you crying?”

“I can’t believe how wonderful love can be. All this time, I thought it was me.”

“Brianne Collins, absolutely nothing is wrong with you,” he assured her.

“I know that now. Thanks to you.”

He kissed her softly. One day, in the not so distant future, he wanted to spend an entire day in bed with her, showing her all the ways they could pleasure each other.

In an uncharacteristic show of vulnerability, she reached her arms around him, burrowing her face against his neck.

“Ah, baby…” He held her close for a long moment. “It’s okay, Bree. I’ll take care of you. No one will hurt you like that again.”

It was a sincere enough promise, but he couldn’t keep it beyond the few days they had to spend together. More in control, Brianne sat up. “We’ve got to get breakfast and get ready. We meet Lance at Aunt Chloe’s at ten.”

Josh grabbed her hand, feeling the moment slip away. “Bree?”

“Since we’re going to Disney World, a place of fantasy, can we do some pretending?” she asked him.

“Like what?”

She smiled, a warm, loving smile. “Let’s pretend this can last forever, baby. That we can be in love beyond next week.”

No pretending involved as far as Josh was concerned. He was making her part of his life’s plan. “I’d like that,” he answered.

She leaned over and kissed him briefly. “Share a shower?”

“You know what that’ll lead to,” he warned her with a grin.

“I’m counting on it,” she replied with a matching grin.

With a laugh, he snatched her up and carried her to the bathroom.

When a trip at Disney was offered up by Lance and Josh for the following day when leaving the WEG playground, Janie was thrilled. It was up to Brianne to bring her back down. As much as she wanted to go to spend the day with Josh, Brianne remind everyone Janie’s parents had the final say. Of course, the Websters had no problem with the idea as long as Brianne was game.

Lance picked Janie and the other couple at the Webster’s vacation residence. He said nothing when it seemed Josh and Brianne had arrived together, nor did he mention the fact Josh escorted Brianne to the backseat, so Janie could sit in front with him.

“Don’t forget to reapply sunscreen often, Bree,” Aunt Marian cautioned.

“I promise.” Brianne assured her.

“You have been such a dear, Bree. Janie wouldn’t be able to have all this fun without you.”

“Hey, it’s my vacation, too.” Brianne shrugged. “A free trip to Disney World is a bonus.”

“Well, you all have a wonderful time,” Marian Webster called as Lance pulled away from the curb.

Lance noticed in the rearview that Josh had pulled Brianne to the center of the seat to strap her in next to him, so he could keep her close. By all appearances, they were a couple. In one day’s time? There was no denying the lingering, intimate looks Josh gave Brianne or how he’d lean in to hear when she spoke softly. Josh would smile or touch her hair. In other words, Chasez was in love. When had that happened?

Janie stood impatiently as Brianne smoothed sunscreen over all the skin exposed by Janie’s shorts outfit.

“I don’t like this,” Janie grumbled.

“Grouch!” Brianne retorted laughingly. “If you go back with a sunburn, I’d be the one in trouble.”

When she bent to rub sunscreen on Janie’s legs, Josh couldn’t help but admire the generous amount of flesh exposed by Brianne’s shorts and tank top. He had helped her apply sunscreen earlier, but she hadn’t required the extensive assistance Janie did. Too bad.

Brianne rose and offered the bottle of sunscreen. “Guys?”

“No thanks,” they answered in unison.

“How’re we going to do this?” she asked.

“Pay for our tickets and get in the park,” Lance answered.

“That’s not what I meant. You aren’t exactly average tourists.”

Producing sunglasses and baseball caps pulled low, they were harder to recognize.

“Most fans realize that when we’re here, we’re ‘off duty’ as it were. They’re pretty good about it,” Josh told her as he took her hand.

She guessed in shorts and tee shirt they did look like average guys.

After standing in line and riding Janie’s favorite rides through the morning, Lance declared he was hungry.

“Brianne likes funnel cake,” Janie announced.

“Hey! I’m not the only one,” Brianne pointed out.

Janie giggled. “I do, too.”

It was decided each couple would share a cake. Josh hadn’t known how turned on he could get simply watching Brianne eat the messy confection! Powdered sugar stuck to her lips and fingers. Her little pink tongue tried to keep up but failed. Finally, it was too much for him. He leaned forward to lick at her upper lip.

“JC likes Bria,” Janie pointed out to Lance.

“I see that.”

“Funnel cake’s kinda like you,” Josh whispered in her ear.

“How’s that?”

“Warm and sweet.”

“And messy?” she teased.

“That remains to be seen.”

“Hey, let’s go see that show.” Janie pointed across the way.

“Sure.” Lance took Janie’s hand. “You coming, too?”

“Just a sec,” Josh murmured huskily.

“They’re gonna get kissy-faced,” Janie announced as she pulled Lance towards their destination. “Yuk!”

Brianne laughed, but only for short time. Josh’s mouth came down on hers, stealing her breath.

“I couldn’t wait any longer,” he whispered.

“Lance has been giving you looks all morning.”

“I’ll talk to him.”

“We’d better catch up.”

“Sure, baby.” He took her hand and headed in the direction Lance and Janie had gone.

Standing in line for the water ride Brianne had declared her favorite kind, Josh pulled her back against him. He ran his hands down her arms and took her hands in his. He had been talking about his early career.

“I remember you from the Mickey Mouse Club.”

“You do?”

“Yeah, I thought you were kinda dorky.”

Lance laughed out loud at Josh’s expression of dismay.

“You were a skinny kid. Your nose was a little too large. You had a lot of hair that didn’t seem know what to do—“

“I think I’ve heard enough,” Josh cut her off.

Brianne tipped her head back against his shoulder, to find his eyes. “It’s nice to know that after a few years it came together so well,” she told him softly.

“Thanks, baby.”

Only a blind person could see the genuine affection between the couple. At times, they were totally lost in each other.

“When did it happen?” Lance asked Josh as Brianne and Janie went through a shop of souvenirs.

“When did what happen?”

“You and Brianne. It didn’t just happen yesterday, not by the way you looked at her even then.”

“The night before. Joey and Chris dragged me out to a club.”

Josh had been moping for weeks after his highly publicized relationship ended. The woman had expected Josh to come crawling back once again. But this time, he hadn’t. He kept telling everyone it was really over – and no one had believed him. Anyone seeing him with Brianne would know his heart was elsewhere, not with his former flame.

“Brianne had gone to the club on a dare from friends. She bumped into Joey. Joey brought her to our table. And the rest, as they say, is history.”

“She seems real nice.”

“She is real nice. And she’s so real. There’s nothing phony about her.”

“And she lives half a country away.”

“I know. But I’m willing to work on it.”

“Well, good luck.”

Janie came out of the shop wearing Mickey Mouse ears and carrying a rather large bag. Brianne carried a small bag. Being gentlemen, the guys offered to carry the parcels for the ladies. Janie let Lance take hers, but Brianne simply put hers in her tote bag.

“You didn’t get much,” Josh told Brianne.

“I didn’t have an entire household to buy for. And Mr. Big wouldn’t go for Mickey Mouse ears.”

“Mr. Big?” Lance asked.

“Her dog,” Josh offered an explanation.

“Big is big,” Janie added.

“He weighs 130 pounds,” Brianne told Lance. “Twenty-eight inches at the shoulder.”

“That’s not a dog, it’s a pony!” Lance laughed.

“No, he’s a rather large Rottweiler.”

Janie tugged on Brianne’s arm. “You said we could go to another shop.”

Brianne laughed. “Lead on, oh-insistent-one.”

The men watched them walk away.

Josh noticed how Brianne’s shorts hugged her rump. Just thinking of those soft, silken globes reminded him how they had made love that morning. How willing and eager she had been for the new experience. How she had grabbed a pillow to bury her sweet little cries of completion. He’d never seen a woman so swept away by his loving.

“You need this.” Lance handed Josh Janie’s sack. “And I suggested you think ‘cold shower’.”

Josh managed a blush, realizing his body was reacting to his thoughts.

“You guys coming?” Brianne called over her shoulder.

Lance just grinned at friend. “We’re right behind you!”

The Websters came out to the driveway to collect Janie that evening. Carl grabbed her souvenirs and Marian let her sleepy daughter lean heavily against her.

“I’m sure she had a wonderful time.” Marian said to the guys. “Thank you boys for taking her.”

“It was our pleasure, Mrs. Webster,” Lance told her. “Janie’s good company.”

“Well, I’ll certainly tell everyone who will listen what wonderful boys you are.”

“Thank you, ma’am.” Lance headed for his car.

“JC are you taking Bree to her hotel?”

“Yes, Mrs. Webster,” Josh answered.

“Good. I’m glad someone’s looking out for her. It’s nice to know she can also spend part of her vacation with people closer to her own age, instead of Janie and old folks.”

“Aunt Marian!” Brianne protested.

Marian patted her cheek. “Have a good time, dear.”

“G’night.”

Taking her hand, Josh led Brianne to his jeep. “You look done in, baby.”

She gave him a sleepy smile as they strapped themselves in. “There’s this guy who keeps waking me up at odd hours to have his wicked way with me.”

He looked her tenderly. “Not tonight, angel.”

“What do you mean?”

“I’m taking you to the hotel and I’m going home.”

“Oh.” They had ridden for a while, when Brianne spoke again. “Did I do something wrong, Josh?”

“You? Heck no! What makes you ask?”

“You don’t want to sleep with me,” she said softly.

“What? I never said that.” Him not want her, like that would happen in 100 years!

“If you’re going home—“

Josh pulled over and took her chin in hand. “You look wiped-out, baby. We’ve been keeping some pretty demanding hours. I thought you’d enjoy a good night’s sleep.”

“No. I don’t want to sleep alone. Tomorrow’s my free day. I can do whatever I want, sleep as late as I want.”

Josh grinned. “Are you telling me you want me to make love to you all night?”

“Think you can?” she challenged.

“With enough encouragement I probably can.”

Being bold, she placed a hand over the bulge in his shorts and rubbed firmly. “That kind of encouragement?”

“Yeah, baby, that kind.” He closed his eyes to savor her caress. “Damn, baby, you are so good.”

She leaned forward, her tongue stroking the seam of his lips. Opening for her, he captured her tongue and sucked on it. By the time they broke off the kiss, they were both breathless.

He leaned back in his seat, willing himself back into control. “Since you don’t like plan A, how’s this for plan B? I’ll drop you off at your hotel. You can take a bath, nap, whatever to relax. I’ll go home and throw some stuff in a bag and quit pretending I won’t spend every night with you.”

“I definitely like that plan better.”

“We’ll order something in for dinner.”

“Hmm…what would JC Chasez order in?” Brianne had seen enough of his official bios to know what he was liable to order. “Chinese?”

He grinned at her. “You are one smart lady.”

“Yes, I am.”

Josh reached over and touched her cheek. “Thank you, angel. I really didn’t want to sleep alone tonight.”
